60 ml Espolòn® Añejo
10 ml Agave syrup (or simple syrup)
2 Dashes of bitters
Orange peel
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice, and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large block of fresh ice
