| ¾ Part 22 Ml | Grand Marnier® Cordon Rouge |
| ¾ Part 22 Ml | Fresh lime juice |
| ¼ Part 7.4 Ml | Agave nectar |
| Lime wheel garnish and salt | |
METHOD
| 1 | Fill a wide shallow dish with 2-3mm of fine salt |
| 2 | Cut a lime in half and rub around the rim of the glass |
| 3 | Holding glass upside down, dip wet delicately into the salt |
| 4 | Shake ingredients with plenty of ice, and double strain into a coupette |
| 5 | Garnish with lime peel/wedge |
SERVING
Glass: Premium coupette (or rocks as an alternative “on the rocks”) glass,
Garnish: Sea salt crusted rim (half-rim is a good option) and lime peel or wedge.
